Purpose of the Award: The LVUSD Distinguished Certificated and Classified Staff Awards program was developed to recognize staff excellence in supporting both our academic and social-emotional initiatives.

 

Distinguished Certificated Staff Award: The Distinguished Certificated Staff Award will recognize excellence in teaching, counseling, or other certificated services that incites intellectual curiosity in students, inspires colleagues, and develops a vision and model of exemplary service.

Distinguished Classified Staff Award: The Distinguished Classified Staff Award will recognize excellence in any facet of classified support services. The award will go to staff members who inspire colleagues, go above and beyond, and/or have redefined their role.

Nominations are due by Friday February 9th. All award winners will be recognized at the Tribute to Educators event on April 29th at the Calabasas Performing Arts and Education Center (CPAEC).
